CNN, Business Insider, and Slate are all beginning to take the Tara Reade accusations against Joe Biden seriously.  Recent reports corroborating Reade's sexual assault allegations are reportedly forcing Biden to make his first direct comment about them on Tuesday.  He's been silent (himself) for weeks. Will he come clean Tuesday?  Doubtful. But the allegations are now serious enough that he cannot ignore them. Stay tuned!

ONE New Poll with One OLD Result

According to The Hill, an new Quinnipiac University poll is showing that the party that doesn't like white men culture (Democrats) has three white men in the lead for its presidential nomination.  Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, and Beto O'Rourke are now firmly settled into the win, place and show positions as Democrats get out of the gate. Not a single one of them black or female, and the only one that's arguably Latino is in third by a pretty good margin. And another white male, Pete Buttigieg, is in the top 6. 
The imminent entry of Biden - it hasn't "officially" happened yet - has taken some of the wind out of the sails of the female candidates.  Their results placed them in single digits, now. We'll have to see how much stamina the two really old guys have, but they're almost certain to be strong fundraisers for a while, so they should be able to remain in the race well into primary season. Finances alone may be what gets Biden or Sanders the nomination. If they can roll up a big enough bankroll early it could put a squeeze on candidates like Harris, Warren, and Klobuchar.
